  • The Comfortly website ("the Website") is operated by Comfortly Ergonomics Ltd, licensed dealer no. 516790979, and serves as an online store for the purchase of office or home products for ergonomic work.
  • The terms in these conditions are written in a general form for convenience only and apply equally to all genders.
  • Purchases made through the Website are subject to the terms detailed in these conditions.
  • The purchase of a product on the Website constitutes an acknowledgment by the customer that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of these conditions. These terms constitute a binding contract between you and the company.

Purchasing

  • The Website enables customers to make convenient, easy, and secure purchases online.
  • Products can be purchased on the Website at any time, subject to availability.
  • Purchases on the Website are made by credit card only, and the transaction will be processed upon approval by the credit card company.
  • Product prices on the Website include VAT.
  • The company reserves the right to discontinue the marketing and sale of any product at any time and to deny purchasing rights at its discretion.

Returns & Cancellations

  • Transactions may be canceled by contacting customer service by phone or email. The cancellation will take effect only upon receipt of written confirmation from the company. If the cancellation is approved, the product must be returned to the company at the customer's expense. The product must be returned in its original packaging along with the original invoice, within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • If a transaction is canceled after the customer has already received the product, the customer will bear the cost of shipping the product back to the company, in addition to cancellation fees. This cancellation policy applies only to products purchased on the Website. The company will not process returns for products purchased through other sources.

Shipping & Delivery

  • The company will deliver the product to the address provided by the customer during the purchase, within 7 business days.
  • The company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by force majeure or events beyond its control.
  • The product will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. The customer may also choose to collect the product independently. The product price may or may not include shipping costs.

Warranty & Service

  • The product warranty covers material defects in the product body and/or its operation that were caused by the company.
  • The warranty for products purchased on the Website is valid for a period of one to five years from the date of purchase, depending on the model purchased.
  • The warranty is valid only for customers holding an original proof of purchase, and only if the purchase was made through the Website at www.comfortly.co.il. The company reserves the right to request that the customer prove they are the original purchaser.
  • The sole remedy for any defective product covered under warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. The company's total liability for any defective product shall in no case exceed the purchase price of the defective product.
  • The company's warranty does not apply in cases where the defect was caused by improper use.
  • The company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or misuse of the product, including any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages โ€“ to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The interpretation and enforcement of these terms and/or any action or dispute arising from them shall be governed exclusively by Israeli law, and the courts in the districts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Haifa, Jerusalem, or Beer Sheva shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
