A. Conditions for Transaction Cancellation
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), a customer may cancel a purchase transaction made on the Comfortly website in the following cases:
- The cancellation request was made within 14 days from the delivery date of the order.
- The value of the purchased product exceeds โช50.
- The product has not been damaged and the buyer has not used it.
- The product was returned in its original packaging by the customer (at the customer's sole expense) to the Comfortly warehouse at 28 Nachalat Yitzhak Street, Tel Aviv.
B. Cancellation Fees
In such cases, the transaction will be canceled and the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price, up to โช100, whichever is lower.
C. Non-Refundable Payments
Payments for delivery, porterage, geographic location surcharges, and similar additional charges will not be refunded.
D. Cancellation Limitations
In accordance with Section 6.A(1) of the Consumer Protection Regulations, transactions cannot be canceled for items that have been assembled at the customer's home (such as desks, drawer cabinets, etc.).
