This policy explains what information is collected when you browse or order on the Comfortly site, why it is collected, who receives it and how to contact us about it. It complements the privacy section of the terms.

What information we collect
- Details you provide at checkout: first and last name, email address, phone number and a delivery address with city, street, house number and, where relevant, floor, apartment and entrance. You may also add a second phone number, delivery notes, preferred days and company details.
- The contents of your cart, the coupon code you entered and the order details.
- Credit card details are entered at checkout for payment processing only, and we do not keep them in our order records.
- Information you send us when you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
- Technical information collected automatically while you browse: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, actions on the site such as adding to cart, and the source of your visit.
Why we use the information
- To receive and process an order, charge the payment and issue an invoice.
- To deliver the order, arrange transport or pickup and keep you updated about it.
- To handle returns, warranty claims and service requests.
- To meet legal obligations, including tax and accounting law.
- To measure and improve the use of the site, and to measure how well our advertising campaigns perform.
Who we share information with
We share information with third parties only as needed and only to the extent required to provide the service. We look after your details and we do not sell them to anyone.
Cookies and local storage
The site and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies, including:
- Measurement and advertising cookies that keep a visitor identifier and the source of the visit to measure campaigns.
- Usage analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used and improve it.
- Browser local storage (localStorage) that keeps the contents of your cart so it is not emptied between visits. This information stays on your device.
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Deleting local storage empties your cart. You can also manage advertising preferences in your account settings on the advertising platforms.
Transfers outside Israel
Some of our service providers process information on servers outside Israel. How they use the information is governed by each provider's own privacy policy and terms.
How long we keep information
We keep order details and invoices for as long as needed for service, warranty and returns, and as required by law, including tax and accounting law.

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take customary precautions to protect the information, but absolute protection against unauthorized access cannot be guaranteed.
Your rights
Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 1981, you may ask to review the information about you held in the company's databases, and ask to correct or delete information that is not accurate, complete, clear or up to date. If we change this policy, the updated version will be published on this page with the update date.
