There are two ways to receive your order: self pickup from our pickup point, or home delivery anywhere in Israel. This page covers all the details โ costs, delivery times and how to schedule.
Self Pickup
Pickup is by prior arrangement only, so we can pack your order and make sure it is waiting for you when you arrive.

For example, to pick up on Monday, let us know no later than Sunday at 10:00 in the morning. Pickup can be scheduled by phone or WhatsApp.
Home Delivery
We deliver anywhere in Israel, straight to your door.

In special cases an additional delivery charge of โช250 may apply. In such cases we will contact you and confirm it in advance, before the delivery is carried out.
Porterage to Upper Floors
When the elevator cannot be used โ for example in a building without an elevator, or when the elevator is out of service โ the order is carried up by hand, under the following terms:
- Floors 1 and 2
- No surcharge, at the standard delivery rate
- Above floor 2
- โช100 for each additional floor
For example, delivery to the 4th floor without a working elevator carries a โช200 surcharge โ โช100 for the 3rd floor and โช100 for the 4th floor.
How Delivery Day Works
- Deliveries are usually made between 08:00 and 17:00.
- On the morning of the delivery, the courier company sends you a message with the driver's details.
- You can contact the driver directly to get a more precise arrival time.
There is no need to wait at home for the courier. We will arrange delivery for when you are available and notify you in advance for convenient coordination โ but you are not required to wait at home. In some cases we may leave the package outside your door; we take full responsibility for the products in such cases and guarantee full liability even when items are left outside the door.
