A. Self Pickup
You can pick up your order independently from our branch in Tel Aviv at 28 Nachalat Yitzhak Street.
B. Home Delivery

In special cases, an additional delivery charge of โช250 may apply.
C. Porterage Surcharge
For addresses on floors 1-2 without an elevator or with an out-of-service elevator, standard delivery rates apply.
For porterage to floors above the 2nd floor, an additional charge of โช100 will apply.
D. Delivery Times
Home delivery is typically within 14 business days.
Self pickup is available within 3 business days.
For areas far from the central region (such as the Golan Heights, south of Beer Sheva, the Arava, etc.), delivery time may be up to 21 business days.
